Very good location, nice hotel overall with great breakfast options.

Dining area was a bit cold, but sure why they would put AC on cool, since it's winter outside. The result is that your food gets cold very fast.We booked 1 day earlier than our arrival time, confused the timezones.... Totally our fault, but they could've been understanding and not charged us for that night when we weren't there. Still, they didn't cancel our reservation, so that's good.

The bfast incident. Front desk (young man with glasses) informed us that our rooms (2) included free bfast. I even asked him twice to make sure there was no misunderstanding.The First morning went smoothly, we had bfast (me, my wife and our son).However on the second morning the incident occured. The front desk resto (young lady with glasses) told us that our rooms did not include bfast.So I went to the front desk to clear things up. George (i believe he was the supervisor or possibly the mgr) than explained everything. He even showed me the paperwork. I saw one room had a cross marked in the bfast column, but then I realized the other room had a check mark indicating breakfast in the.bfast column.George then allowed us (my wife and I) to have breakfast, for one room only.Eventually, we did not have breakfast for the remaining days until we checked out after a five-night stay. We decided not to take advantage of the front desk’s mistake.

I love the room and the GYM facilities. The room 2910 is spacious with sofa for TV, table for work and bedroom with TV. The toilet facilities are properly spaced out as well. My family of 3 likes the room.GYM facilities meets my expectation, with equipment for upper, mid and lower body parts.Location is great as well. There are nearby shopping and food.

Encounter a chef being rude, when I used a tong to scope up a sunny side up. I understand his intend is good, but his tone sounded unhappy. There is a proper equipment but it was not place in an obvious location and I have missed that out. Probability it is my fault and I should have requested for a proper equipment to scope the sunny side up.

Shower was broken but after informing it was fixed quickly in the same day. Better Hair dryer was changed without informing

I stayed in this hotel 20 years ago and I must say they have kept it in very good shape. Must have renovated and kept up their standards on cleanliness, upkeeping and quality of service. Staff was very responsive to my need of a radiator as the weather was turning cold and luggage service was very efficient. Location is unbeatable for shopping and sights. Will definitely come back again.

Excellent location. This was my second stay at the hotel and would return. I booked two rooms this time.The desk manager handled the room-temperature issue and arranged an additional service as compensation.

Very disappointing that there was no mention at check-in about ongoing maintenance. The building/rooms had no heating and the temperature was around 11.5°C, which made the stay in rooms uncomfortable. This issue should have been communicated in advance.

Location was very good. Right next to the Nanjing pedestrian street. Nice to look out onto the street from the restaurant.

Bar area was uninviting and very cold. It could do with being a little more friendly and give a good reason to visit. Bedrooms are looking a little tired, very usable but dated.

Renovated Common Areas: The check-in area and lobby are modern, clean, and well-renovated, creating a positive first impression.Breakfast: The breakfast buffet was great, one of the best I have ever had in a hotel, with lots of Western options.

While the common areas are nice, the core of the hotel experience—the guest room—was deeply flawed.Outdated Rooms: The room itself felt tired and dated, not matching the lobby's standard.Major Maintenance Issues:Flickering Wardrobe Light: A light in the wardrobe malfunctioned, flickering on and off every 5 seconds throughout the entire first night. This was not just a minor annoyance; it woke me up multiple times and made quality sleep impossible. It was like a strobe light in my room.Faulty Shower Head: The shower head was not working correctly, providing a poor, uneven spray.Poor Sound Insulation: The isolation from outside noise is surprisingly bad. I was on the 15th floor and could still hear significant traffic and city noise, which further disturbed my sleep.Unacceptable Service Recovery: This was the most disappointing part. With a background in hospitality, I believe that when a hotel ruins 50% of your holiday, a partial refund or significant gesture is warranted. While they fixed the flickering light for the second night (after it had already ruined the first), there was no apology, no refund, and no meaningful compensation for the immense inconvenience and spoiled relaxation. To pay a premium price for a "nightmare" night and receive no accountability is outrageous.Conclusion: The hotel has a nice facade, but the outdated rooms and critical maintenance failures make it impossible to recommend. The lack of empathetic service recovery after such a disruptive issue shows a disregard for guest comfort and satisfaction. I expected much more from a Radisson Collection property.

We absolutely loved the central location of the hotel as it is literally on the main road and 5 minutes from the nearest metro station. Size of the room, room service and a view from the executive suite were great. Breakfast was a bit crowded but still great with a lot of western food. There was a room cleaning service every day.

The room carpet was full of dust, dirty and smelly. Sofa was also full of dust. While the room cleaning service was great, these other things were really bad, yet that is due to worn out carpets and sofas which should be replaced. The price for the laundry service is very high, they charge per item, so 5 pieces of laundry can easily cost 20 EUR which is excessive especially for guests in executive suites who are already paying more than others.

Although the hotel is a little outdated we had a fantastic stay! It was more than we could’ve hoped for. Excellent breakfast, centrally located, clean. Special mention to the concierge Marc who went all out in helping us with out luggage. Would recommend and would come back.
